LinxEat Vendor Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Introduction

This SLA defines the service expectations, responsibilities, and performance standards for vendors (“Partners”) operating on the LinxVend platform in Cameroon, beginning with Buea, Tiko, Mutengene, Ombe, and Limbe.

2. Scope of Services

LinxEat provides vendors with tools to:

  • List and sell meals, groceries, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and beverages
  • Manage inventory and suppliers
  • Integrate with POS systems
  • Receive and fulfill customer orders via mobile and web apps
  • Communicate with Dashers and customers

3. General Vendor Responsibilities

All vendors agree to:

  • Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and availability
  • Ensure timely preparation and packaging of orders
  • Respond promptly to order notifications and customer inquiries
  • Comply with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Use LinxVend for all platform-related operations

4. Category-Specific Clauses

Meals

  • Comply with local food safety regulations and inspections
  • Ensure freshness and proper packaging
  • Provide allergen and ingredient information
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and staff training

Cosmetics

  • List only products approved by Cameroon’s health authorities
  • Display ingredients and expiration dates clearly
  • Avoid misleading claims or unverified benefits
  • Ensure packaging is sealed and tamper-proof

Pharmaceuticals

  • Operate under valid license from Cameroon’s Ministry of Public Health
  • Sell only approved medications; prescriptions required where applicable
  • Ensure secure handling and delivery
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer health data

Groceries

  • Maintain cold chain for perishables
  • Ensure product freshness and proper labeling
  • Remove expired or damaged goods promptly
  • Comply with local trade and import regulations

Beverages

  • Ensure beverages are sealed and stored appropriately
  • Comply with alcohol sale regulations (if applicable)
  • Provide clear labeling for nutritional and ingredient info
  • Avoid selling expired or counterfeit products

6. Payment Terms

  • Vendor earnings are disbursed weekly or biweekly

  • LinxEat may withhold payments in case of disputes or violations

7. SLA Violations

Failure to meet SLA standards may result in:

  • Temporary suspension from the platform
  • Reduced visibility in search and promotions
  • Financial penalties or withheld payouts
  • Permanent termination of vendor account (in severe cases)

8. Amendments

This SLA may be reviewed and updated periodically. Vendors will be notified of changes via LinxVend. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of revised terms.
