Welcome to LinxEat, a tech-enabled delivery platform
operating through three integrated applications: LinxEat (for users), LinxVend(for vendors), and LinxDash (for Dashers). By accessing or using any of
our mobile or web applications, you agree to the following terms and
conditions.
1. User
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use LinxEat services.
- By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Platform Usage
- Users may browse, order, and pay for products via LinxEat.
- Vendors manage inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment via LinxVend.
- Dashers accept delivery requests and manage logistics via LinxDash.
- Web versions of all apps are available to support non-Android/iOS devices.
3. Payments & Wallets
- Users may deposit funds into their LinxEat wallet for future purchases.
- All payments are processed securely via integrated payment gateways.
- Vendors and Dashers may request payouts subject to platform policies.
4. Order Fulfillment
- LinxEat facilitates transactions between users, vendors, and Dashers but does not guarantee product availability or delivery timelines.
- In case of disputes, LinxEat will mediate but is not liable for vendor or dasher errors.
5. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users, vendors, and dashers must not:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Upload harmful or misleading content.
- Attempt to disrupt platform operations or security.
7. Service Availability
- LinxEat initially operates in Buea, Tiko, Mutengene, Ombe, and Limbe.
- Expansion plans include other cities in Cameroon and across Africa.
- Service availability may vary by location and time.
8. Vendor & Dasher
Obligations
- Vendors must ensure product quality, accurate listings, and timely fulfillment.
- Dashers must maintain professionalism, punctuality, and safety during deliveries.
9. Modifications
- LinxEat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
- LinxEat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
- All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
